If you need help more urgently, please use one of the services below.
If you or someone else is in immediate danger
Call 999 or go to your nearest A&E department.
This includes situations where you feel unable to keep yourself or someone else safe.
NHS - urgent mental health help
If you need urgent mental health support
Call NHS 111 and select the mental health option.
You can speak to someone about what is happening and be directed to appropriate urgent support. You can also access mental health help through NHS 111 online.
If you need someone to talk to

You can call free at any time, day or night, to speak to someone confidentially.

Shout provides free, confidential, 24-hour text support in the UK.
You can also contact your GP
Your GP can support you with your mental health and help you access NHS mental health services where appropriate.
